Cette technologie est bas\u00e9e sur le principe que les diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux ont des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s thermiques diff\u00e9rentes et \u00e9mettent donc diff\u00e9rentes quantit\u00e9s de chaleur.<\/p>\n<p>Elle\u00a0permet d\u2019identifier les zones o\u00f9 la chaleur s\u2019\u00e9chappe du b\u00e2timent, comme les fissures, les lacunes dans l\u2019isolation, les fen\u00eatres mal scell\u00e9es, etc. Cela aide \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du b\u00e2timent en ciblant les zones n\u00e9cessitant une meilleure isolation.<\/p>\n<p>Les zones humides ont souvent une temp\u00e9rature diff\u00e9rente de celle des zones s\u00e8ches. La thermographie peut aider \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer les points o\u00f9 l\u2019eau s\u2019infiltre dans le b\u00e2timent, ce qui peut \u00eatre utile pour pr\u00e9venir les probl\u00e8mes de moisissures et de d\u00e9gradation des mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n<p>Les surchauffes dans les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9es par la thermographie.
